Lots of food. Family atmosphere. Mohammed our server was tops! No wait. Took home leftovers.

Restaurant was not very busy. Service was prompt and employees were kind. Our server was attentive. Food was absolutely yummy.

Awesome Mexican restaurant. Pleasant staff, Quick Service, I keep going back! The cheese dip with jalapenos and the chips are divine!

I regularly stop by getting some food in this place. I like the fast service and well made food. Never disappointing.

Everything just kinda bleh. Place had the feel of being on the downhill slide. Salsa good. Party of five, dishes obviously done at very different times. Chilaquiles very bland, chips already soggy on delivery, chicken bland and dry.

This is place is pretty decent. It doesn't do much to stand out from other Spanish places other than the appearance of the place. Cartersville has no shortage of good Spanish places. This place used to be a lot smaller a few years back and I can't help but feel it was better then. I think they have lost what they used to have then. As for now, food's good and service is pretty good most of the time. I would love to see this place put a little more love in its food.

Margaritas are delicious. Get the Strawberry with Patron on the rocks.

I have been coming here my entire life and don’t plan on stopping. The service has always been great, the food perfect, and my overall experience has been great. I remember when this place was just a couple of rooms in a small building, and it’s great to see how much my favorite Mexican restaurant has grown. :)

Service, food and atmosphere was awesome

Great food here and incredibly friendly staff! A new hire accidentally dropped my salsa next to me on the floor, but was so kind and apologetic and cleaned it up immediately. The drinks were good, and the food was tasty. I'll definitely be coming back here with my family :)

Been eating here for years and years and it WAS great but in the past few weeks it has changed dramatically. We ate here tonight and not only has the menu changed and many standards are off the menu but the food has gone down hill. It was so bad that when asked if this was how it was supposed to be the gentleman said "yes" and explained they reworked the menu and it was their "new way". He asked if I wanted to replace it. I simply sent it back and paid for our drinks and chips & salsa. It was that bad!

We've met my brother at this restaurant twice. We don't see each other often, so sometimes our lunches can last upwards of 4 or more hours. The staff still treats us well, even though we take up a table for so long. The good and service is very good. We've enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend.

I love this place and the food is incredible all the time. I enjoyed these deserts for my birthday and they were delicious. This is a wonderful place for family and friends to eat and I do it all the time!

Dropped in for dinner and was very disappointed. We had to wait almost 15 mins before our order was taken, our cheese dip came our after our meal arrived, no one ever came and gave refills to our drinks and waited over 20 after we finished for our check to arrive. I do not recommend this restuarant to anyone. We will not eat here again.

Great food with good prices.

I have gone far too many times as its close to work. Consistent good food at a good price means I've never regretted it.

Recommended by a friend and I would further recommend it. I ordered one thing and didnt even finish it. Food is very good and fills you up quick so you dont have to waste money on more food. Atmosphere was great and food was better.

The staff where super friendly and good food

We live less than a mile from here and drove by every day, always skeptical about if this restaurant was good... The Choriqueso was amazing. The raspberry margaritas were delicious and had just the right amount of tequila. Our entrees came out quickly and were SO good. The loco rice is unique and tasty. I would recommend Los Arcos to anyone looking for amazing Mexican food!

Ordered food gave eta 915 to 925 pm then at 945 they change eta 1025 will never be giving them my business again.

Bar none: the best Mexican food I have tasted in Cartersville and surrounding communities the past two years or more. Service was great. We were seated promptly though they were fairly busy for a Friday night. Very pleased.

I have eaten here for years and I got a plate of bad nachos that made me sick and I was gagging. The manager took off $3 for the $12 nachos. I ate 5 bites and had enough. I didn’t want a replacement because I was already feeling sick, so the server took the food back. The excuse for not taking it off my bill was because I had eaten off of it? How else was I supposed to know that the chicken tasted like rubber and I couldn’t even chew the steak. The poor server was very apologetic and explained how she didn’t understand why that was happening. I will never come back to this sorry excuse for a restaurant again, along with all my friends and family.

Fantastic service, prices aren't too bad, the food is excellent, our waitress was Esmeralda, she gives 11/10 stars for service, imagine a waitress that just knows when you need napkins and walks by without being asked.

As you've read in the past I like burritos. Lol. Here is another outstanding restaurant serving good quality food. The service is always good the food is fresh and hot.

Normally this is out go to for Mexican food! But they have let us down the last two times we ordered. They put chicken on our veggie quesadillas ( my wife is vegetarian and got sick) and tonight they had VERY watered down salsa and queso. Very disappointed 😞

Good food reasonable prices, great Margaritas

Stopped here to eat before going to the movies. The food was good and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and very quick. It'd be a nice place to host a large party because the restaurant is so spacious.

I ordered shrimp tacos and they tasted terrible so I asked to make a order switch, they still charged me for what I had taken one bite out of and easily coulda adjusted my price properly, terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend

The service was horrible, took forever to get drinks then longer to get our order, brought out 3 of our plates and i had to ask another server if my husband could get his food after we already had ours for about 10 min. Drinks was left empty. Not sure the problem but wont be back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUT TIME! I was a regular customer here until the "owners" really show their true colors. I had a bug in my food and they refuse to give me my money back. After telling me that they would refund me if I came back up there when I got back up there they would not took the food back and try to act like I put a bug in my own food or something.. I would not even rate this place One Star. They're having an infestation problem keeping their door open!!. Their customer service is rude and nasty to someone who patronize them on a daily basis. They do not care about their customers at all. Only about the money people are spending. Plenty of other Mexican Restaurants with better quality in the area!!

The carnitas tacos were really good, and the queso dip was sooooo good!

Great Food and Great Service

Food was delicious! Waiter was attentive & friendly. My husband and I will definitely eat here again when we get a chance to!!!

Rainy afternoons so hardly anyone was there. (Also it was after lunch hour.) So service was excellent!! The food was just average - not outstanding.

For a first visit it wasn't half bad. My 16oz house frozen Margarita really hit the spot and they certainly didn't skimp on the alcohol! The chips and salsa weren't bad, but the chips weren't homemade either....too bad. We didn't order appetizers. Not certain if they had beer on tap, but the hubby ordered a Coors Light and he was told it was bottled; not a problem and it was cold. Our dinners were actually pretty good and not badly presented, but the guacamole, looked as funny as the sour cream.....that was depressing, but the taste wasn't bad.They did have live music which was unexpected; a guitar player....not Spanish music, but not a terrible voice either. He played to the age of the crowd.Dinner for two, 2 drinks for under $40, with live music on a Wednesday evening and I didn't have to cook.....it wasn't too bad. We'll definitely be back to give them another try👍

Food is always good. Server was barely present. Asked for a drink refill but didnt get it till we were ready for a ticket. They have usually been better.

My husband and I went here October 4th 2019 for our anniversary (October 3rd) this was our first time going. The place was beautiful, staff was great and the food was delicious. We will be going again!!
